This Privacy Policy applies to the Nixelo website, applications, and related services. It is intended to provide enough detail for customer review and Google OAuth verification while broader legal review continues.

## Overview

Nixelo provides project operations, collaboration, outreach, and workflow tooling for businesses and their authorized team members. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and end users.

## Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, organization membership, authentication metadata, and profile settings. We also store workspace content customers choose to create in the product, including outreach contacts, documents, messages, calendar connections, tasks, and analytics events required to operate the service.

## Google user data

When customers connect Google integrations, Nixelo may access Google account email/profile information, calendar events, and Gmail messages needed to send outreach and detect replies, bounces, and unsubscribe events. We use Google user data only to provide user-facing product features, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Nixelo's use and transfer of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

## How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, route notifications, support collaboration, process outbound messaging workflows, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

## When we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to run Nixelo, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, monitoring, and customer support tools. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Nixelo, our customers, or the public.

## Retention and deletion

Customers control most workspace content and may delete or update it from the product. We retain account and operational records for as long as necessary to provide the service, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited additional period.

## Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logs, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and customers remain responsible for their own internal security practices and user-access controls.

## Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and relationship to Nixelo, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Customers generally act as controllers for workspace data they upload, and we will route end-user requests to the appropriate customer when required.
