## Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nixelo by customers, their authorized users, and anyone who interacts with the service under a customer account. By using Nixelo, you agree to these terms.

## Accounts and customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accounts, workspaces, integrations, and data they create in Nixelo. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that use of the service complies with applicable law and your internal policies.

## Acceptable use

You may use Nixelo only for lawful business purposes. Nixelo may suspend or terminate access if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or material violation of these terms. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate commercial agreement that applies to billing or term commitments.

## Disclaimers and limits of liability

Nixelo is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixelo disclaims implied warranties, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the period immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

## Changes to these terms
