  1. A rebuilt home page and the final logo

The home page was rebuilt around one large sample product window, and Nixelo now uses its final logo.

  2. Warm clay colors

The app, email, and installable app move to clay on warm paper, and dark mode moves to a deep green-black.

  3. CLI 0.0.9

Issue export and supersede in the CLI

The new nixelo issues export command exports every issue in a project from one consistent snapshot, optionally with comments and relations. The new nixelo issues supersede command links a replacement, then completes and archives the obsolete issue in one operation, with an optional dry run. The nixelo issues create command also accepts a description, assignee, and epic.

  4. Guests can finish a reschedule the host asked for

When a host asks a guest to pick a new time, the guest can now complete the reschedule.

  5. Booking workflows and proposals

Booking pages can run step-by-step workflows with filters and conditional branches, with a history of each run. Hosts can also propose a few start times to one recipient, who confirms the one that works.

  6. New brand colors, and CLI login in the app

The blue and yellow Nixelo identity now runs through the product, email, and the installable app. Signing in to the CLI now finishes in the web app.

  7. Scheduling polls

Share a poll of candidate times. Participants answer without an account and can come back to edit their answers, and the organizer closes, reopens, or finalizes the poll to create the calendar event.

  8. Time and Google Meet through the API, CLI, and MCP

Employee time workflows are available with API keys and through the beta MCP server, and Google Meet workflows through the CLI and MCP. Changes requested over MCP wait for a person to confirm them in Nixelo.

  9. Relation custom fields

A custom field can link an issue to other issues in the same project. Relation values work in issue views, board and calendar filters, saved filters, and import and export.

  10. Review meeting action items

Action items from a meeting can be reviewed, assigned, dismissed, or linked to an existing issue instead of creating a duplicate.

  11. Weekly time submissions

Employees can submit, withdraw, and resubmit their week, and each submission keeps its status and history.

  12. CLI 0.0.1

    The Nixelo CLI on npm

The first version of the nixelo command-line tool was published to npm. Run npx nixelo --help to see its commands.

Good to know

  • Product entries are dated by the day the change was merged; it reaches the hosted app with the next release.
  • CLI entries are dated by the day the version was published to npm.
  • Internal, testing, and maintenance changes are left out.
