Projects & issues
Every piece of work, with its context attached.
Issues carry their type, hierarchy, labels, owners, and discussion from the first brief to the final status.

Hierarchy
Break large work into pieces you can ship.
Group stories under epics and split them into subtasks, so large work stays traceable from the top.
- Five issue types: task, bug, story, epic, and subtask
- Reorder subtasks under their parent issue
- Create labels per project and apply them in bulk
Saved views
Save the filters you use every day.
A saved filter keeps your filters and board view together, so the team opens the same slice of work each time.
- Share a saved filter with the team or keep it private
- Favorite the views you return to
- Show organization issues as cards or a table
Discussion
Keep the decision on the issue.
Comments, mentions, reactions, and activity stay attached to the issue they explain.
- Mention teammates to bring them into the thread
- React to comments without adding noise
- Follow each change in the issue activity
Capabilities
Everything an issue needs to move.
Epics and subtasks
Parent and child issues keep large work broken down.
Labels
Project labels, applied one at a time or in bulk.
Saved filters
Shared or private views with their board layout.
Issue templates
Apply a project template while creating an issue.
CSV and JSON import
Import issues from CSV or JSON, up to 100 per import.
Bulk edits
Change status, labels, sprint, or due date for many issues at once.
Good to know
- Issue templates are applied in the web app; creating and editing templates is done from the CLI.
- Imports bring in issue fields only; comments, attachments, links, and history are not carried over.
- Projects are not nested, and there is no portfolio view.
