Booking rules

Set the rules once, per booking page.

Each booking page has its own buffers, minimum notice, and daily cap, so the calendar stays workable.

  • Buffer time before and after each booking
  • Minimum notice before a slot can be booked
  • A maximum number of bookings per day

Availability

Weekly hours, with exceptions.

Set weekly availability windows and override single dates when the week is not typical.

  • Weekly availability windows
  • Date overrides for days off or extra hours
  • Email reminders before each booking

Embeds and webhooks

Put booking where your clients already are.

Embed a booking page on an approved site, and send booking events to your own systems with webhooks.

  • Embeds limited to the origins you approve
  • Booking webhooks for your own systems
  • Scheduling polls that finalize into a calendar event
