Capture

Send a recorder to the call.

Schedule a recording for a Google Meet link from the Meetings page, and the bot joins to capture the conversation.

  • Schedule a recording from the web app
  • Start a recording right away from the CLI or MCP
  • Search transcripts across recordings

Summary

Decisions and action items, written down.

Each summary records the decisions made and the action items agreed, so nobody rebuilds them from memory.

  • Read the transcript beside the summary
  • See decisions listed separately from action items
  • Review the summary before acting on it

Follow-through

Turn action items into issues.

Create a new issue from an action item, or link it to an issue that already exists.

  • Create an issue from an action item
  • Link an action item to an existing issue
  • Keep the meeting attached to the work it produced

Capabilities

From the call to the next step.

  • Google Meet capture

A recording bot joins scheduled Google Meet calls.

  • Transcripts

The full conversation, kept with the recording.

  • Summaries

Decisions and action items drafted for review.

  • Issue handoff

Action items become issues or link to existing ones.

  • Transcript search

Find a recording by what was said.

  • CLI and MCP

Start and manage recordings from the terminal or an MCP client.

Good to know

  • Meeting capture supports Google Meet only; Zoom and Microsoft Teams links are not supported.
  • Recording needs a configured meeting bot service, and summaries need a configured AI provider.
  • Starting a recording immediately is available from the CLI and MCP, not the web app.
